About Us

Our leadership team consists of a dynamic husband & wife duo who come from well rounded and diverse backgrounds. Bill Riddick comes from a 10 year career in financial planning and wealth management while leading numerous community based non-profit organizations. Being a second generation native Floridian, Bill has entrenched himself into improving the communities he lives, works, and plays in.

His better half, Melanie Riddick previously spent over 10 years as an Applied Behavioral Therapist for children with autism. Combining her experience with a degree is Psychology and minor in Business Law from the University of Miami, Melanie is able to understand what makes people take action. Adding to her understanding of people and her diversity, Melanie has spent 10 years of her life living around the globe in countries such as England, Italy, Saudi Arabia, and Germany where she received her International Baccalauereate degree from Schlue Schloss Salem.

Combining their knowledge, experience, and passion they tackle projects to Get Stuff Done in the most efficient manner all while adhering to the highest level of professionalism. They are well respected among the members of their team which leads to a strong work ethic and high quality results.

Because of their dedication to the projects Riddick Family Enterprises tackles and the need to focus on achieving desired results, Bill and Melanie only work on 3-4 projects at a time.
